How do I import Sales Invoices as Journal? Print

Query

I want to import Sales Invoices but instead of Voucher type as Sales, I want it import it as Journal.

Steps

1. In the udiMagic standard template, you must specify the following

a. Column B (Base VoucherType) : Sales

b. Column C (Voucher Type) : Journal

2. You can use any of the underneath templates (as per your requirement :

Vouchers-V11-Sales-Purchase-With-Stockitems-Basic.xls
Vouchers-V11-Sales-Purchase-With-Stockitems-Advanced.xls
Vouchers-V11-Sales-Purchase-Without-Stockitems-Basic.xls
Vouchers-V11-Sales-Purchase-Without-Stockitems-Advanced.xls
Vouchers-V11-Horizontal-Sales-Without-Stockitems.xls
Vouchers-V11-Horizontal-Purchase-Without-Stockitems.xls

3. All the aforesaid templates are available in the folder where udiMagic is installed (viz c:\udiMagicVx-Rx) where Vx is the version and Rx is the Release.
