Query
When we start the udiMagic Software, it displays an error "XML Parse Error" and then the software stops working.
Solution
This problem has been resolved in udiMagic v10 Release 2.3. Please download and install the latest release. You can get the download link from https://www.rtslink.com/customer/forgot/
For those using the older version can resolve it using the underneath steps :
1. In Windows, select / goto "Settings"
2. Select "Time and Language"
3. Select "Language"
4. Select "Administrative Language settings"
5. Select the tab option "Administrative" and click the button "Change system locale"
6. Untick the option "Beta : Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide support"
7. Restart the Computer and then retry using udiMagic.
