The Customer dashboard includes an option to reset the license of udiMagic v3.0 and v4.0 :
Steps
- Login to the Customer dashboard here: https://www.rtslink.com/customer/
- Select the option "Old license Reset".
- The license is reset and an email is sent to the email id along with the instructions to install the udiMagic v3.0 / v4.0
PS:
udiMagic v3.0 and v4.0 have been discontinued and no support is available for these versions.
