The Customer dashboard includes an option to reset the license of udiMagic v3.0 and v4.0 :

Steps

  1. Login to the Customer dashboard here: https://www.rtslink.com/customer/
  2. Select the option "Old license Reset".
  3. The license is reset and an email is sent to the email id along with the instructions to install the udiMagic v3.0 / v4.0


PS:
udiMagic v3.0 and v4.0 have been discontinued and no support is available for these versions.
