When reporting problems, please include the following :
1. udiMagic Serial Number
2. Description of the problem / query.
If there is any error while uploading data into Tally, then please provide the following :
- A screen snapshot of the error message.
 - The XLS file that you are trying to upload.
 - The XML tags file (if you are using a customized format)
 - Specify the Tally version and Release (ex: Tally ERP 9 Release 5.4).
 - Specify the udi-Magic version and Release (ex: udiMagic v7.0 Release 2.1).
