When reporting problems, please include the following :

1. udiMagic Serial Number
2. Description of the problem / query.

If there is any error while uploading data into Tally, then please provide the following :

  • A screen snapshot of the error message.
  • The XLS file that you are trying to upload.
  • The XML tags file (if you are using a customized format)
  • Specify the Tally version and Release (ex: Tally ERP 9 Release 5.4).
  • Specify the udi-Magic version and Release (ex: udiMagic v7.0 Release 2.1).
