For Subscription license
The Software [Subscription license] will stop working after the subscription period completes. To use the software thereafter, the user must renew the subscription.

For Perpetual license [***Discontinued from 1st August 2020]
The Software license fee / charge is a "one time payment" and includes "Free Support + Free upgrades" for the initial 365** days. 


After expiry / completion of the initial "Free Support period" :

  • You must renew AMC to avail any Support Services. The AMC charges will be appx 30% of the Software license fee / charge subject to minimum amount as given at http://www.rtslink.com/terms/
  • If there is any new Major product update, you can upgrade (optional) by paying the upgradation charges, which shall be appx 30% of the Software license fee / charge, subject to a minimum amount as given at http://www.rtslink.com/terms/
