Option 1
Simply copy/paste the udi-Magic folder from the old system into the new system; or
Option 2
Re-install the udi-Magic Software. The steps for re-installing udi-Magic are the same as you did for the first time when you purchased and installed udi-Magic. The steps are given underneath :
a) Download the licensed Software (link given in email at the time of purchase).
b) Install using the setup.
c) After installation, start/run the udi-Magic Software and click the Licensing button (in the 2nd screen). Follow the steps in the wizard to re-activate the license.
In case, if you do not have the email that was sent to you at the time of purchase, you can still get the details using Forgot Key.

Above is applicable for udi-Magic v6.0 and higher versions.
