This error occurs when the Voucher Amount is zero.
Solution
To import/accept zero value entries in Tally, follow these steps :
>> Go to Gateway of Tally >> F11 >> Accounting Features
>> Set the option Enable Zero valued transactions as Yes
>> Try reimporting the data in Tally.
