The aforesaid error "Voucher totals do not match" may occur in following situations :

Situation 1 : 
Incorrect data in the Excel sheet


Solution: 

Ensure that the data is SORTED on Unique ID and then retry importing. If problem persists, then please send us by email, the Excel sheet (udiMagic Standard template) that you are trying to upload into Tally.

IMPORTANT

Please refer  the article Unique ID which is the most important field in all Voucher templates.

Situation 2 : 

Incorrect mapping (done by customer / end-user)  


Solution: 

Send us by email, the Excel sheet and the mapping file (viz XML and UDT files).
